2. Search "Palringo"
3. Download the Palringo Messenger App
4. Create a free, easy account.
5. Tap on the "Groups" tab
6. Tap on "Search" tab
7. Search for the group "The Elder Scrolls Official"
8. It will most likely say "join [the elder scrolls official]" tap on that. You're done!


PC/MAC Users
