I'm trying to start the quest "Shadow over Hackdirt", however whenever I talk to the lady in Chorrol (forgot her name, she's Argonian and runs the Northern Trade Goods) there's no option about her daughter and Dar-Ma is just walking around town. Help?

I think that quest is triggered by how far you are in the game. Maybe your karma, not sure. Wait a bit do some of the main quest maybe and come back.

Talk to Dar-Ma first. Then after a few days have passed in the game, talk to Seed-Neeus.

You may have to leave Chorrol for the few days.

Yeah, usually, if you hang around in Chorrol, Dar-Ma will walk up to you and start a conversation. She's usually quite friendly.

You don't have to do any Main Quest for this.

.Dar-ma talks to you or you talk to her
.Leave town for three days or more
.Return and there will be talk of her disappearance and then Seed-Neeus will give you the quest
