i like fallout new vegas more than fallout 3 but fallout 3 is amazing because the bos are involved greatly but i wanna know what everyone else prefers. answer the poll pick a game and state why :fallout:

There are many active threads about this and this is the wrong section.

You're new so I'll be gentle: No matter where you post it, these topics generally turn out badly. Neither side can be persuaded to budge from believing that their preferred game is the greatest. Much flaming, chaos and potential warnings/bannings will ensue.

The Fallout 3 forums are a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I for one would love to see them remain that way and not degenerate into a cluster of name-calling and "Your argument is invalid!!1!" posts.

Fo3 broke canon and lore on all fronts

Bos grew a brain which is against canon and lore

Enclave were ther which was against canon

Bos were there which is against canon

Super Mutants and fev were there which is againt canon

Bad writing

There were pockets of radiation 200 years after a full scale thermal nuclear war, which is against canon

I couldn t help the Enclave kill me

They stole fo and fo2s story lines and mashed them together

Bad voice acting

The people there were actually weaker than the super mutants and groups of raiders, which is against canon

Urban Plasma Rifles= against canon

Enclaves apa mkll was different looking which is against lore and canon

Broken Steel completely ruined an already bad game.

Water had radiation in it 200 years after a full scale global thermal nuclear war, which is against canon and lore.

Vault 101 had not opened yet, which is against canon and lore

All fo3 had was a bunch of Michael Bay explosions.

Enough is enough, seriously they need to make a sticky in all parts of these forums in big bright red letters saying "NO WHICH IS BETTER THREADS ARE TOLERATED"

I like both of them a lot, but I just loved FO3 better. I loved the story and characters. I do like the FPS view of NV and the presentation.

Nice to see a "both" option on one of these polls for "best" game for a change.
