It's Quakecon week, so Bethesda have a different sale each day on Steam until the 7th August.

Today it's the Elder Scrolls pack, containing Oblivion GOTY and Morrowind GOTY, and it's only ￡10.99.

That's fantastic - Both games, all expansions and dlc for under ￡11.

I'd buy that instantly - if I didn't own all of that content twice already (yeah...I bought it all when I came out, then again on Steam so I can safely store my nice boxed sets away )

Oh wow, thanks for the heads up on this. I wanted both on Steam, even though I already own hard copies of both games. I didn't have the DLC for Oblivion though. Anyways, thanks!

Ok was just on steam forums and someone said they preordered skyrim and the 67% went to 78% so its apparantly 33% off of the $15 making it $10.


they are being conflicatory. that may not be a word but you know what i mean. if someone can clear this up that 'd be great. On steam if you click on the Elder Scrolls pack flag on the front page you get to a page with all the following on it.

on one hand we have the package (Includes 2 items: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind? Game of the Year Edition, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion? Game of the Year Edition Deluxe) being 67% off, lowering it to $15.

then we have a title thing below the package saying if we prepurchase skyrim the package price will be dropped by an additional 33%, logically making it free.

then in the Skyrim description we have the package dropping by 20% making it 87% off or around $6.

then we have random people saying its $10 or $12 which i guess would be what it would be if it was 20% or 33% off the $15 instead of an additonal 20% or 33% off the 67% off.

if someone could clear up which is correct that'd be great.
