Looking for a mod that fixes...

I have noticed that after you have fixed a new sheriff to Prim "Meyers" from the old prison, every one goes around and saying that "Prim wimp out and excepted NCR". But if you let NCR take over the protection of Prim they go around and saying, Prim has a new sheriff?

Is there any mod that fixes this dialog bug??
