If you can mutate into a mutant, you can be able to re-verse mutate back into exactly your old self right? You just need the right tools/circumstance or something that is completely in reverse of the mutation.

No. You can't turn into a 8 foot tall hulking super mutant and then turn back in to a human. Can't go from a Ghoul which is pretty much a rotting corpse and become human again.

Once done, it can't be undone. It would be really stupid if that becomes possible in a future Fallout Game.

It isn't like TES or whatever, where you can become a vampire and then change back.

It could but Fallout tech hasn't reached the level to reverse it. I doubt Enclave or the Think Tanks have the tech to reverse it and even if they did they wouldn't.

If Super Mutants and Ghouls can become human again, all but a few would want to be human again. It means no more Super Mutants and Ghouls in Fallout. Not that Super mutants should be in every location of a Future Fallout.

I really hate the idea having mutations reversed. Fallout isn't TES. Can't (should not be able to) just go from being ghoul and human when ever the hell you want :facepalm:
