Start off at the Cliffside Prospector Camp and swim across, there is a ramp-like patch that goes up into the deathclaw territory where the armor is. As soon as you get up the ramp go right and jump onto the rocks immediatly to the right of the top of the ramp(this may take a few trys but the deathclaws can not climb there) keep running as close to the edge of the cliff as you can along the rocks, as you may notice there isn't any deathclaws after you now. keep going straight until you cant anymore then just go left and stand on a high rock and start shooting them. This may be slow but at a low level it is useful to have powerful armor. You can do this at a higer level too to avoid using up stimpaks. Hope this helps.

Now you need training to use it. it's 45wg of dead weight without that training.
