Crowded Cyrodiil?

So I'm looking for some mods that crowd the cities and the roads a little bit. There are quite a few out there, can't figure out which are the latest ones. Looking to populate the towns and their taverns and hotels and stuff.

They've got http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6665, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38363, Crowded Roads, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4805, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20575, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18251, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4820, etc. So what exactly are the latest versions? I assume Crowded Cities Improved is the latest city one, but which is the latest for roads?

Besides that, looking for all of these files, I started wondering if anyones has created a full "Crowded Cyrodiil" mod. One where roads and cities are crowded together, and travellers you saw in one city, you could actually see travel to another city. One where you see people stop by a city, look up the local shops, go the taverns, get merry, sleep during the night, do some other stuff, and then head out to the wilderness and eventually reach another city and etc. People might actually go to the stables to purchase horses or something, so you can see more horseback riders. Is there any mod like this, full traveling AI packages and stuff? This would really add to the immersion of the game. Kind of like Assassins Creed now that I think about it...

Crowded Roads Revisited is what you should get, per TESCOSI.

Other mods that add travelers etc.:

*snip*

Nope, nothing like that sadly. the "crowding" mods sadly don't really do much in terms of ai schedules, or dialogue. Mostly just generic NPCs randomly appearing, or doing one simple task. It probably wouldn't even be that hard to add schedules to them, it's just a matter of setting them to go to such and such at such and such time and use an item that causes them to do an animation.

http://matthewkaine.blogspot.com/ has a blog for mods like these so maybe check that out.
