ok so i bought fallout 3 a while ago and it worked fine, but i had to format my computer -- long story short it wont install any more. iv looked around but i cant find any help, i also get an error code which is :

i get that error when just running the setup.exe

when i run the falloutlauncher i get :

Unable to authenticate original disc within time limit.
