You've got a nice comic here but it be better and more accurate if they were criticising the scope of project purity. It sounds like in the begining people think any water puriifer is impossible.

Hmm... I see what you mean, I could have done that.
But now that it is what it is, Quinn had experience of James's previous projects, and that could be why he assumed that it wouldn't work. And to Pinkerton he had explained it completely.
