Ulysses Van Buren Character

So dig this I am digging through some Vault pages and I come across the origin points of the Name Ulysses. It was the originally the split half of a computer that ran Tibbets Prison.

Since the original devs work at Obsidian I wonder if we might seen some homage of Tibbets in the Divide. While that is just an idea/theory it is certainly interesting when you consider that The Old World Sleeps in the Divide and Tibbets prisons AI shared the same name. Anyway just something I found and some thoughts on it. Let me know what you think.

Continued to dig through the page and found this
The only "communities" that know of its existence are the machine intelligences governing Robot City to the East, which are attempting to find ULYSSES and correct the "divide" that has occurred within its system - Under Relationship with other communities. Very poetic that Ulysses is met in the divide.

Also since Robot City is tied to Tibbets I'm wondering if we will see robots in the Great Divide.
