Is there mod for making one weapon "favorite" ?

I was just wondering if there is a mod that somehow calculates if you use one particular weapon, and makes it "favorite" (e.g. you get attack bonuses, speed increase, etc.). Nothing overpowered, just a small bonuses to make it balanced with higher class weapons.
I really like fine steel weaponary, and medieval inspired weapons in general, but it is very irritating that I have to switch it for some fancy-fantasy sword, only because it has higher stats (later on a major gap).
If you know anything that does the job (and is compatible with the whole FCOM), let me know.
Thank you !

I've never used it, but I think http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19067 does what you ask.:)

Nice .... but little TOO overpowered, dont you think ? For example, lvl5 specialized sword will get +5 blade/block, + 10% damage AND + 20 damage (yes, + 20 point damage), + 20% speed.
It feels ... that it still needs testing and tweaking.
I will try this, but still, Ill be searching for some alternative.

It is still in beta and I guess was never finished, because I tried it out a loooong time ago when it was first released, and they say it's still in Beta.
