All folders in Data are BSA files!

Post » Tue Aug 09, 2011 1:09 pm

Hi, I've recently bought Fallout 3 for Pc (after investing several hours into Fallout NV on PC, and Fallout 3 on Xbox). Now, i am big fan of mods; and installed many mods without a problem on Fallout NV. However, when I look in my F3 data file to install a mod; ALL of the files cannot be opened as they are BSA files (except for Music,Shaders and Video). Also, they game runs fine without a flaw. So please HELP! I am very frustrated about this. :(

Just drag the folders from the mod to the Data folder and select the ESM in the launcher.

The game will still read from them

BSA files are compressed assets. The game decompresses them on the fly but it will still look for the folders you mention when running a mod
