So hi guys for some reason FO NV usually works pretty well on my AlienWare Aurora PC but recently it has been crashing more and more and now just a few minutes ago it wont even load up my game did it twice in a row?

What should i do?

PS THIS GAME NEEDS ANOTHER PATCH
