Hey, I have downloaded all the DLC availible, except horse armor, and had a successful run through with all extras. Yesterday, I start a new game and the only DLC I get access to in that game is the mages and theives homes. No knights or shivering, no fighters or Vile lairs, not even spell tomes are availible, and I ran this character up to level 27, the pop up just wasn't going to come up.
All the DLC still shows up on my hard drive on my xbox, is this just all corrupted, will reloading the character where all of this is availible screw up that save?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: Oh, and I'm pretty sure it isn't a liscense issue, since it was working fine previously.

Are you signed in under the same userid you used when it worked?
