Mouse lag issues with Nvidia optimus graphics (GF 310M)

Hi everyone.

Here are my specs:
Samsung Q330-JS05 laptop
Core i3-370
4GB -1066 Mhz DDR3 RAM
Nvidia Optimus Graphics (Intel X4500/GF 310M)
Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit
And two mouses: Microsoft Wireless Bluetrack 4000 and Logitech MX518 (wired)

Here is my problem:
When I play Oblivion with intel's GPU, everything works fine on low settings. Menus and mouse movement work correctly and so on.
But when I run the game with GF310M, one problem arises. Game runs smoothly and nicely on medium/high setting, or even on high settings, but regardless of game framerate, mouse is lagging in menus. It's very slow to react and it's extremely annoying.

Now I have tried updating my GPU drivers, mouse drivers and use only Windows' basic drivers. I have tried tweaking the Nvidia settings, setting vSync off, set Max frames to render to 1 and every other option has been tested in Nvidia's menu.
I have come to conclusion that there is something seriously wrong with the Nvidia's drivers, since everything works fine with Intel's crappy GPU.
I've replaced the wireless mouse batteries, but I hardly think that would have anything to do it, since MX518 has same problem.

Has anyone else come across something like this? I tried searching the forums for this problem and I did find some reports of lagging mouse, but nothing that would've helped me so far.

Any help would be welcome, thank you!
