So I came back to Crysis 2 after not playing for a while... and for some reason the running speed feels really slow now, and my sensitivity feels really slow and laggy... I mean lolwut?

Also I get the feeling my graphics card is getting slower, before I could play on Ultra and everything on max (without Dx11/high res textures ofc because I only have a 32 bit OS and dx10 gpu) but now it seems to lag, or is it just the "slow running speed" and "laggy mouse sensitivity" playing tricks on me?
Maybe I just have to get used to it again or something
