I heard form many subjects in forums there is character named veronica but I didn't found it in the game and I discover all the map and also my exp is stop because the game told me that I have the maximum experience . but my skills don't all full . so did any one told me where I can found veronica and also is there any to increase my skills.
and there is room in second floor in black mountain need key and I don't know where I can found it . could any one help me to found it please

The lady lez friend is at a trade post on a road. She is wearing rags. There really only is one trading post I'm sure you’ll find it.

Veronica is at the 188 trading post, next to the bar.

For the key, one should be under the stairs after you exit the first floor. It's disguised as a rock though, so you might need to look around some.
