Do they notice our fav mods?

Hey I've got a question. Do the devs make note of our favourite mods and consider implementing things they did in future titles. Like the nVamp mod.

I say yes.
Skyrim supposedly took note of Oblivions bow mod; the one that increased DAM but reduced ROF.

Just the first example that comes to mind.

It's very obvious that many New Vegas' new features were based on Fallout 3 mods: hardcoe mode, thirst hunger and sleep, weapon kits, ammo weight, multi-stage enemies (for example, baby deathclaw, deathclaw, deathclaw alpha and so on..) along with many others.

However I strongly assume that New Vegas mods will go largely unnoticed. The next Fallout game is possibly years away and will likely use another engine, and may be developed by a whole lot different bunch that worked on F3/NV.

Well chances are it will use the same new engine skyrim uses, but I'm guessing people will still look at mods for various features.
