okay I"m in cloud ruler temple and I've just done the spies quest, which means the divine blood quest is up next.

but Martin just says follow juafres orders and the blade guy has nothing new to say after I turned in the orders to him?

is the next quest lvl needed or what cheat code to I need to fix it?

This was a huge problem for me as well, if only one spy appered then you need tot ype into the console (if on PC) prid 00036287 and kill
