I used to get a crapload of lag, but its been quite tame lately. But I dont seem to be playing games with more than about 5 humans.

Tonight it was worse than ever. Completely unplayable on every gametype. I'm trying my best to be as patient as possible but its getting tougher when I'm spending more time staring at loading screens than playing

yea this game has some really bad lag issues.

Some times i can play, with a few people. Then other times i cant even move let alone play because of the lag.


Maybe bethesda could give us a setting for multiplayer so it just picks the best game lag wise?

but really guys this game has way to much lag.

the lag svcks, but at least Ive been able to play lag free matches in competition mode, granted they are smaller. Now, though I don't even get thrown into games with people, I'm just stuck in one by myself everytime. Anyone else having this problem?

The general Campaign multiplayer/co-op works great for me with almost no lag 95% of the time. IT THE CHALLENGES CO-OP THAT CAUSE PROBLEMS BADLY ENOUGH THAT I CANNOT WIN ONE MATCH WITH ANYBODY I PLAY WITH. That's the server that needs attention!!!! Are you guys using dedicated servers??? Or at least separate servers for each multiplayer/co-op gaming mode? That would solve most of the problems ( or your code needs to be streamlined). I've bee in I.T. for exactly 10 years and when considering online gaming, right there is 99.9% of your problem.

The lag online is hit or miss with me. Mostly miss. They are working on it, and hopefully they can deliver a playable online experience.

I get massive amounts of lag in everything except campaign, it's really ruining the game experience tbh.

Yep definitly, sometimes Ill have to go play the AI cause its just that bad

I very rarely see any of the lag many are chuntering about - maybe 1 game in 10 or 15. That said, when I do see it, there's no putting up with it, the game's unplayable when it lags. I'm sure they'll see to it soon.

I have 25 Megs/Sec and am based in Canada, BTW.

I found of lag when it was released which was to be expected, and as soon as they fixed some of the issues since the last saturday for xbox i haven't had to many problems. I get a match with lag maybe 1 out of every ten games i jump into, that being sad as well always factor in what kind of internet connection you have and where your located. Before i upgraded my internet package to a higher package, lag was a constant factor in majority of the gaming i did online. Not only was that bad, but being in canada you play againist alot of hosts in USA which bogs down the connection T_T. One last thing to look at as well is the specs on your router and what kind of packet loss your getting from it as well.

I get a load of lag as the game loads textures once I've spawned but after that it settles and 90% of the match runs smoothly if not perfectly.

I've been playing the game since yesterday, but it's impossible to play online for me. I have only experienced one game where I didn't have massive lag. In all the other games, I couldn't even move?
