Hey, I am not sure if there is already a thread for this, but if there is, please direct me to it!

Today I downloaded and installed Morrowinf Mod Manager, but when I tried to open it it said

Error message: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: collection
Stack trace: at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentNullException(ExceptionArgument argument)
at System.Collections.Generic.List`1..ctor(IEnumerable`1 collection)
at MorrowindModManager.MorrowindINI.GetCleanINISection(String section)
at MorrowindModManager.MorrowindBSA.ReadArchives()
at MorrowindModManager.Program.Init(String[] args)
at MorrowindModManager.Program.Main(String[] args)

It then directed me to tes forums... so here I am. Help?:) I just want to mod :shrug:

I can't help you directly, but very few people still use the Mod Manager. (if any)

Use Wrye Mash instead.

Excerpt from http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1060141-mod-recommendations-for-new-players/page__hl__recommendations
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27588 For your own sake, learn to use it! Wrye Mash has everything you need to keep your mods in order and your Saves clean, along with the very important leveled list merger called Mashed Lists. Most answers given for any questions relating to your mod problems will assume that you have Wrye Mash installed.
The http://wryemusings.com/Wrye%20Mash.html has all the info on how to use it.
Trouble installing Mash? Use the Wrye Python 03a files http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368 (or http://www.fliggerty.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=4233) to automatically install the needed Python programs.
[!]There is also a new http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1106095-wrye-mash-stand-alone/ that doesn't require any messing with Python. Makes installation much easier!

The Stand Alone version is the easiest to install.

Use Wrye Mash. If you're looking for something that functions like OBMM, use Wrye Mash. You can easily install zip and rar files through its Installers tab, and you can merge leveled lists through it too. You could also clean your saves, rename them, and even duplicate them. Use Wrye Mash. Aside from Wrye Mash, I also use MLOX and TESTOOL (for merging objects, nothing else).
