Will this laptop run it and how well?

I've had Oblivion for quite a long time for my PS3 and it is my current favorite game. I'm in no rush to buy the PC version, but I'm simply curious, as a result of uncertainty on this laptop's abilities, uncertainty about Oblivion's now five years old system requirements, and uncertainty about just how poorly optimized Oblivion may be, about whether my computer may be able to handle Oblivion and if so, with what type of performance. I doubt it will match or surpass the performance of the PS3 version given what I have observed within this laptop's graphical rendering capabilities (demo comparisons, mostly) and given what I've heard about the PS3 versions performance (been directly equated to higher PC version settings), but I think this laptop should be able to handle the game... albeit on uncertain settings. Anyway, here are the specs:

OS: Windows 7, 64-bit
Processor: AMD Turion™ II Dual-Core Mobile M500 (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
GPU: AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 (Display Memory: 1970 MB, Dedicated Memory: 308 MB, Shared Memory: 1662 MB)
Memory: 4 gbs
DirectX Version: DX 11
Native Resolution: 1280x800

Thanks. :)

No, the graphics card isn't terribly good. It's not designed for games and you'll struggle to run it unfortunately.
