Vanilla Race Overhaul for HGEC and Robert Male V2

Post » Thu Aug 11, 2011 9:30 am

Downloaded this the other day http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39823

Installed it and wow, nice work that I could never achieve. I have tried this with Cobl Races and it seemed to work other than the Ohmes nose had an oddity.

Not in BOSS list yet and not sure where it will go, especially if using with Cobl Races and Cobl - TNR plugins. Anyone used this and have suggestions for load order and tags?

Looks like he implemented Ozmo's textures. So that's definitely a plus. I think I'll try these and see how they intermingle with XEOSP.

The male body textures are absolutely gorgeous. That's the only part of it I'm using though. I still love Enalya's New Face Textures, Robert Female and Kendo's Orc textures. I'm not really looking for upgrades in that department. That mod replaces the head mesh and provides a lot of new normals, so it is likely that anything using the default head that don't have compatible normals will have issues.

Edit: The female body textures are beautiful too. I just can't use them because of a lack of RF support, but I do have his separate Argonian textures for Robert's Male and Female Bodies (suggested to go with IAFT).

As hard as I ever tried I could never get the blend that this mod has. The lack of documentation though as to what body types are used makes it a hit and miss for choosing clothing and armor replacers.
