Oh god, this is going to be hard to type considering I am currently on holiday and I'm using a mobile, I pray to the nine that this wont be frustrating to type out.
Name: Vandir Reydan
Age: 24
Appearance: Vandir looks just like your average Nord; he is extremely tall, well built and he has blonde hair that comes down to about his shoulders. Although, he has various Dunmer tattoos across his arms and on his face due to his very troubled upbringing at the hands of a Dunmer magister. He has a beard that he often keeps trimmed, although he has been known to have let it grow out on numerous occasions.
Personality: Vandir often strives to do what is right despite the reprocussions that may affect him later on, however there are times in which he has chosen the needs of himself over the needs of others. He is a warrior by trade but he has a strong affinity for resotration and destruction magic, eventhough he prefers the use of the first.
He is fairly intelligent and he can fluently speak the Dunmer tongue (the name escapes me at the moment). His strict upbringing also gave him a very mischievious and curious nature along with a lacking social aspect.
Skills:
- One handed
- Heavy armour
- Destruction
- Restoration
- Block
- Smithing
Background: Vandir was born to a warrior family during a time in which Nordic raids on the shattered province of Morrowind were becoming common, along with Argonian war parties invading from the south. During one of his fathers ventures he snuck onto a boat that departed from Solitude and he spent many weeks amongst the icy waves and chilling air.
When the raiding party had finally ended it's voyage and landed on the northen coast of Morrowind he was discovered by a crew member that was also a friend of
his father, recognising the young boy, he was taken to his father who dealt him very severe punishments for abandoning his home and sneaking off. His father, however, made the most of him and Vandir was often sent to do tasks such as collecting lumber and preparing fires while the rest of the warriors were pillaging.
However, while he was alone in the camp, he was approached by an old and withered hermit who claimed to have aided the Neravarine aa well as being very old and powerful. The ancient Dunmar told him that he killed the entire raiding party for their crimes againt innocent woman and children and he offered the young Vandir to come with him due to the immense power that the hermit sensed locked within him.
For years Vandir grew up under the wise Dunmer's command as he continued to study Vandir and hopefully unlock his powers. They weren't anything to do with basic magic such as restoration, destruction or alteration - these powers were something a lot more otherworldy.... Vandir studied hard and on his free time he often sparred with his guardian and quickly learned techniques that the Dunmer had perfected over thousands of years. He often wondered about life outside his hideaway deep under the ground, he was told it was an abandoned Dwemer stronghold, the Dwemer were a race that were wiped out due to their meddling with powerful forces. This wondering gave him a very curious mind and he often dreamed of his homeland... Skyrim.
Then the day came when the Dunmer, who he now called father, told him he needed to leave and head for Skyrim as it was the only way to discover the power that slumbered within himself. "Head for the Throat of the world, in the northen land of Skyrim, there you will find out what you were born to do".
So after a few years of travelling, he finally reached the border of Skyrim where he was arrested and is now awaiting is execution...
Wow, that was a bit more than I anticipated and I'm sorry that it's probably badly written due to the annoyance of phone writing. Thanks! :3
