First, YES. I have tried all the suggestions given in the sticky for this issue. Steam says it's downloading the missing files, but the problem is still there.

I have also completely uninstalled New Vegas and reinstalled it with no luck. The Honest Hearts shows up in my Downloadable Content in the New Vegas Menu, but it won't launch when clicked on.

Can I get some Tech SUPPORT for issue so I can use the software I paid for? (Also, what .INI files are you referring to?

I don't pirate games like many people do. I believe in paying money for software I use. However, gamesas believes in taking our money and not supporting their product once our cash is in their pockets.

I work hard and select certain entertainment to spend my hard earned money on. I choose Fallout New Vegas and the Honest Hearts DLC. Poor choice. I have an issue after installing Honest Hearts, I have followed Beth's suggestions with no luck.
I'm sitting here having spent $10 bucks and countless hours trying to resolve this and not a single person from Beth will offer any help, advice,direction, etc.

After installing Honest Hearts DLC for NV, It shows up under the downloadable content tab, but will NOT launch when clicked on.
