If i buy the Normal PC Version of Skyrim, will i get the Disc and a Map, because im hoping for a Steal Small Skyrim Emblem.

Limited edition is the one in the middle I think. and they will get what they show, sorry but I don't quite understand your question

I'm not aware of any version that comes with an emblem.

You get a normal paper map in every edition of the game, just like in Oblivion. Pre-orders will get a pretty cloth map. No idea what this emblem business is about though.
