After I had completed the quest "Those", I had an idea: Why don't I roleplay that I'm Bryan Wilks' new caretaker and live in the house? I've got everything somewhat cleaned up (beside the fire piles and the three dead ants and I put the dad in the tub of the bathroom) so all I have to do is move my crap from Megaton to Greyditch.

Question: Will I have to worry about containers in the house respawning or Bryan rummaging around and taking what's mine?
