Weather in LR

I just decided to get your guys opinions on what kind of weather do you think we will see in LR, do you think they will do rain and thunderstorms, tornados/twisters raging in the area, or maybe like Hidden Valley and have dust storms all the time. Or will it just be like the Mojave and lack weather in general?

I'm hoping for something that won't drop my frame rate every time I go outside (Yeah I'm looking at you Honest Hearts).
