I just had a horrible nightmare where it was midnight, 11/11/11, and I was at GameStop to pick up my CE, and I was overjoyed and shaking in my boots with pleasure and rabid anticipation... I finally got my CE and raced home, ignoring the groupies my CE attracted and outrunning the cops who were after me for speeding recklessly through the night, finally getting in the door and tearing open the package only to discover there was NO BURLAP MAP OF SKYRIM INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!

I jumped out of bed and shook off the nightmare induced beads of sweat, and had to come online to ask if the burlap map is included with the CE?!?!?!? omg

yes. it also comes with the reg addition(at gamestop with pre-order)
