I've been having problems trying to play Fallout: New Vegas. My first problem was that I was having mouse lag, which I was able to fix with this solution http://shortgamer.blogspot.com/2010/10/hint-mouse-lag-in-fallout-new-vegas.html. However, now the problem I face is that the game constantly stutters and drops its fps when I move around. This problem happens with or without the mouse fix, so its choppy with or without vsync. Everything is fine when I stand still, but the game gets incredibly choppy when I move. There's about three or four lines of pixelation that appear across my screen when I move, where it looks like the parts of the images are tearing from each other. Its really getting on my nerves and have spent all day trying to fix it. If someone has a fix I would be indebted to you.
