After finding and bringing all the holotapes for the Auto-Doc we're unable to obtain any of it's benefits, neither can we get our Spine and heart (i've got my brain back) only the Trait respec and the Basic Chech (healing)
I have tried to start a whole new story and yet found the same issue. Loading previous savegames doesn't neither help it.
I also tried to delete the cache, but didn't work at all.
Haven't seen any Computer user to have found a console way to fix it. This is happening in both Xbox and PC Spanish versions.
