as soon as i get near goodsprings the game becomes extremely choppy. this is only a problem when walking around outside, when inside the game runs extremely well with full settings. ive tried running the game with minimal settings but not much changes when outside. if i leave the town and go to goodsprings source the game runs perfectly.

i havn't tried going anywhere else yet as i have just started a new game, but it is still choppy round the goodsprings bone yard. and dosn't seem to be any mods that are installed.
