I just re -installed Morrowind using this (http://knotstheinane.blogspot.com/p/morrowind-modding-guide.html) modding guide (which includes the lighting mod) and I've noticed that the lights flicker far too much.
I played around with the light settings in the ini file, but nothing seems to change the amount of flickering.

Maybe I just don't remember how much flickering there was in Morrowind, but I find it hard to believe that the lights would act almost like strobe lights (although admittedly rather slow strobe lights).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
