I just installed Blood and Mud and got the UL compatibility patches, if that helps. TES4Edit isn't picking up any conflicts. I don't know what to do. So I am asking if anyone knows that their is a conflict between any of the mods listed.

Delete that load order section of your post, have a look here -> http://tescosi.com/wiki/Oblivion:How_to_Post_Your_Load_Order and use the Wrye Bash method for obtaining the most useful kind of load order details possible. Then post them right where the now deleted list was.

It is so much easier to see what is going on, then.

edit: Also, you could run Mod Checker in Wrye Bash, and see what it spits out - if anything, you could perhaps post that too.

Oh wow, that is cool. I always wondered how people did that. I always used OBMM's import load order thing.

This is why, those three esps should be used exactly as the mod report suggests. They should not be activated, which they are, and thats why you're getting a ctd at startup. What you need to do instead is deactivate those three esps, check their bash tags and use the import functions in the bashed patch to import them into the bashed patch, what you should end up seeing is instead of a tick or plus sign next to the mod you have a dot, which is correct.
