I cant get rank 3 of the DNAvenger perk because the Cazadores never respawned and I already finished the dlc. Nothing respawns for that matter. The Big Empty really is empty now. Between this and the VATS bug that was never fixed after 5 patches even I am finally about to just say [censored] this game and all the time Ive wasted having to do so many things over and over again untill it does what I payed for. I know the engine cant handle this game but if that's the case, Obsidian and Bethesda should've used one that could. Oh yea, and the Sink's vendor never refreshed it's inventory either. :brokencomputer:

Hmm I've noticed enemies respawn did you try returning to the lab where you find a whole bunch of them.

I went back many times. Right before I posted this thread, I spent a half hour waiting 3 days and then going back into the DNA Splicing lab and then doing it over and over again and they never respawned.

Did you wait within Big MT or were you in the Mojave? Both times I went through OWB the Cazador's respawned.

I waited right in front of the lab and then after 3 days I went back inside and they never respawned. Nothing in the Big MT has respawned. It's a ghost town.
