Sorry for posting this here. I couldn't find a general forum tech area.

I understand that some dipweed broke into the forum security and Bethesda had to resert all our forum passwords, etc. When I go my control panel and click on "change picture" (because mine is now gone), it says we have to use avatars instead. Ok. Where is that setting? I've looked every where (except where it is, obviously).
