I have an odd but annoying issue with New Vegas. My characters neck/chest become visible in first person while walking and looking down, and reloading some guns (as seen in the picture below). This started happening after a FOV change (to 85), but I changed it back to the default 75 later. Any ideas on how to fix this? Its very annoying. I've already tried deleting the config files in the "My Documents\My Games" folder, but I didn't delete my saves.

You can see my characters chest at the bottom of the screen.

I was wearing the boomer jumpsuit in the picture, but this problem also happened while wearing legion armor (I think it was legion veteran armor). I have not tried other armor.
