i have all the specs to run the game at high but i run it at lowest possible just incase, for issuance, i get done with the intro and goto exit the door and it just stops responding in the middle of the loading screen anyone can help me please? im lost on what to do and i really want to play this game :/

A common reason for failure at that point is graphics, which is the most important part of a game machine, and also the part that is apparently the least well understood. The minimum is a real video card from AMD or nVIDIA, and not any substitute from Intel.

P, S. A similar symptom is very likely to affect any manufacturer's onboard video chips, whether AMD or Intel {there are few nVIDIA chipsets in common use any longer (other than in smartphones and sub-sized NetBook/NetTop Computers, but the same will apply for those, plus S3, and SiS)}.
