Can anything be done about the light glare on faces and such

Seems like my lighting is very inconsistent and I notice it is related to weather (I use All Natural and Real Lights). Biggest distrator is the bright shine on the NPCs in the IC district (especially indoors). I tend to disable some of the candles but there is still that invisible light that on a bright day still shines through the walls at the NPC. Anyone have honts to help with this? I think some of the tweaks would be outside AN so started this thread.

I asked about this some time back but had not many responses so hope to get luckier this time around. I even tried RPG HDR sharer fixes but they looked worse for me than the glowing faces.

One future possibility is the next version of OBGE, with tonemapping, unless I'm mistaken. You can try the luminance HDR module currently available for it, though I have no idea what effect that has on the nuclear shine.

The Luminance HDR basically just recolors the HDR effect. It's more toned down, but isn't as realistic, IMHO.
