Having trouble finding Mayor Steyn's Stockile of 8000 caps and supplies of other assortments. if you dont recall this. MAyor Steyn was Mayor of Primm. you find out about his safehouse on his terminal in the top floor of the town hall in Nipton. the only info it gives is that it is inbetween there and the Mojave Outpost. i have searched everywhere from an irradiated canyon to a den filled with nightstalkers and keep note im only level 5. now does anyone know where i can find this dam safehouse so i can just be happy lol.

It's the Nipton Road Rest Stop. The place where you find journal 2/2. The small amount of supplies you find there, is all there is. He started a stash, but never finished it. The 8000 caps were offered, but never paid. Once the trap was set, the Legion killed everybody, pending the lottery. You have been chasing ghosts, I'm afraid.
