got tired of poting links :/... Pick what character was CREATED the best. Not what Bethesda did to the models, but what character's clothes, face paint, hair, facial hair, PICTURE STANCE, ect.
I went with Khajiit 1 (war axe/ spell) because he had an awesome stance and great matching clothes and awesome mustache.

It's hard to say without really knowing what's default and what's the player's own changes/additions... but i'd probably go with the Eurogamer Khajiit.

My fave was IGN's Dunmer but I don't see him there. :/

I Can't say without actually seeing the customization you can do with them, For all we know those characters could be Dull and Bland.
