Only mod I've got is the graphics overhaul, and the game itself is running fine.

Did you install Tribunal AFTER Bloodmoon? If so, you need to reinstall Bloodmoon.

I'm not an expert but it seems that you need to edit the mod first before you open it in CS. Just use either http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=getit&lid=106 or http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=getit&lid=100, but I advice you to use http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=getit&lid=101 with caution since it can create more problems than solving one.

No, definitely installed in the correct order.

That error is the Bloodmoon/Trib error, not (often) caused by anything else. Try reinstalling Bloodmoon and the patches for it.
