New Corinth

I've cancelled Vivecheart because I made a lot of rookie mistakes, and editing all of them would have taken forever, so I decided to start from scratch, on a new project.

This Project is not nearly completed and things are subject to change

BACKGROUND: The Grazelands, nothing except grass and the occasional ashlander, until now. Due to an Imperial land grab, a fairly decent chunk of land was set aside to be the county seat of the land grab. After a long and heated name debate, the town was to be called New Corinthe, but the "e" was taken out to fit with the Imperial syntax.

The town is new, but already has had its fair share of controversy. Due to a major loophole, a slaver group set up shop in town, much to the anger of local Argonian and Khajiit residents. Land fights with local residents are also occurring in large numbers. In addition, local crime lords are bringing large supplies of moon sugar, and the town has gained a dubious distinction as the "Moon Sugar capitol of Vvardenfell."

The mayor is vowing to bring things under control, but the people are losing confidence.

LOCATIONS

Crown Prince Geldall Avenue: The main avenue of New Corinth, most of the towns residences are located here, as are some pubs and shops.

-Your Apartment: A fairly large home containing plenty of storage and places to show of your hard earned loot. Located right off of Crown Prince Geldall Avenue right at the main gate, behind of the bookstore.

-Really Radical Readings: Owned by "Mr. Awesome," he sells plenty of books. Your apartment is located on top of his store.

-The Septim Lodge and Tavern: Owned by the beautiful Mrs. Ella Andrews O'day, the tavern looks nice enough, but there are clearly more than meets the eye to this fine establishment. Look behind the tavern and you'll see.

-Junkie Den: Located under the Septim Lodge and Tavern, this is hippie and junkie paradise. Safe from the law, and the moon sugar is overflowing. Mr. Dean Sammy Sinatra Jr, he makes sure the place isn't discovered, and that he owns the moon sugar in the area.

Slave Street: Slave Street is technically outside of the town, thats the loophole. The area where the slaver compound was zoned as a "avalanche buffer zone," because of the towns proximity to a hill. The mysterious Mr. Kelly runs the show here.

-Overseer's Hut: Mr. Kelly supposedly lives here, but the home is nothing more than a hut.

-Kelly Tower: Kelly Tower is a three floor tower where the slavers run their business. Guards run routine patrols to make sure that the slaves, and abolitionists don't get out of line. So far, there has been no escapes.

MORE WILL COME

Time of Completion: No estimated time yet, working hard.

I was just thinking about this mod project today too, and when I saw this thread I thought: "alex man, that's the Vivecheart guy isn't it"? Course I still couldn't be sure just based on your avatar thanks to some hacking punks, but then I read the first post and went: "Aww man..."

But this sounds pretty interesting too. The Grazelands are pretty barren, I remember not too long ago I was running around them looking for... actually, I don't remember what it was, I only remember not finding it and being really ticked off about it. :P But it occurred to me just how much nothing there is out there. Amazing too, since it's such fertile soil, unlike the damn Ashlands, where you'll find a number of cities.

Kind of like some more Morrowindish names for the NPCs though. Hate to sound like a lore-head, but... :P
