100th Hour Club - Played Skyrim for 100 hours
There is a main quest, too. - Spent 50 in-game days without completing any stages of the main quest past the tutorial.
Lights Out - Get knocked out on during a bar fight.
Death before dishonor - Kill yourself before a dragon kills you.
They'll never see it coming - Sneak your way into a hostile area without killing anyone.

Daedra worshiper: Complete all the Deadric Shrine quests.
The Hunter: Complete Hircine's Deadric quest.
FUS ROH DUH!: Learn your first Dragon Shout.
You never forget your first: Complete your first contract for the Dark Brotherhood.
Knows much, tells some: Find M'aiq.
Foul creatures: Kill a Mudcrab.
