I think bethesda should make an M rated fallout DLG on XBLA and PSN for younger
Gamers like me were the violence is not disgusting or at least have a feture to turn the blood off and I have the a great story for it
The are Two factions:
The Enclave make a return and are running a city thrught violence and fear
and a town of people who have escaped the enclave and want to take back there city but first must find the brotherhood of steel to help them defeat the enclave
Here are some recomendations

6 Hour long story
4 Hours wourth of sidequests
varity in the weapons, perks and traits
blood off feture
FPS with V.A.T.S.

PLS PLS Make a gamelike this I Really want Fallout but I can't get it because of its Current rating P.S PLS

Fallout is a mature game series, just wait until you're older.

also that plot sounds bad.

Urgh, not another Enclave vs BOS plot - The enclave are dead, or should be.

The Enclave also probably don't have any interest running a city of "mutants".

Fallout is intended for mature age audiences... not just in its violent content, but much of its humour.

I noticed the name changed to DLC. It is supposed to be DLG I think as downloadbale game, not content. He has the idea for a small seperate game.

... so OP, i suggest you play games suited to your maturity level and wait a little longer til' your old enough to play. No sense in changing a game to be for children when it's not. That is like saying, "Let's make GTA for kids but change the guns to paintballs, Robbery into sharing, prosttutes into business women, and the overall maturity to Barney levels!!!"

I'd suggest you either wait until you're older and play an actual Fallout game, or (and I don't know if it is against the rules to suggest it) find some way to play the game without whoever is banning you from playing them knowing. You can probably handle it. However everyone's different I guess

Honestly, if it is just you who is limiting yourself because of gore the game probably isn't for you anyway.
