I have the Tamriel Heightmap from the Nexus, and I just want to "copy" a small portion of it, and paste it to a new small worldspace. How can I do it, without having as a requirement for people to download the whole Tamriel Map, can I open two instances of the editor and create a new clean plug-in in one and in the other copy the piece or is there another way to do it?
