Thank you for the update on this issue. I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty getting in contact with Crytek support staff.

For your trouble, I'd like to offer you a free digital download of a game of your choice from the Origin store. You can choose from any game that is currently available as a digital download through Origin, just update this ticket with the title of the game you would like and I will get it added to your account. Please note that this excludes preorders and Valve titles, as we do not have the codes necessary to grant digital downloads for these...

Guess what game I won't be getting with my ticket XD... what do you guys recommend?

Yeah I asked the guy just now :) But I was going to preorder the 360 version? Should I ask if I can download an XBOX game instead?

Sure, but I doubt it.

They'd prefer to let you take one from Origin. Since they have no say in XBOX MP.

Oh :( I also asked them if I could choose in one month cause I will be away... dan already own DA2, Bulletstorm and Crysis 2... what other EA games are there....

I like bulletstorm, you have a free game now so i would go for that one, it's not like it'll ruin your life if you pick one you don't like either way.. well that's what i think :P

OMG everybody is saying NFS... Shift 2 looks great? or World? Can't really go wrong... I'm nearly level 45 again so I'll pick up Tooled Up as I restarted online in Crysis 2(not my choice)... I just hope I get Dedication....
