Why is everyone a non-smoker? : Fallout: New Vegas

Funny how despite all the discarded cigarette packs and cartons (a carton of cigarettes is quite a lot...) that dot about all over the wasteland and mojave desert, there isn't a single smoker in FO3 or NV.

It's clearly that you just made this thread to get attention. There are many smokers in both F3, and NV. Out of the 4 NPC's in dead money, 2 of them are smokers. Do some resarch before writing a thread :facepalm:

I smoke all the time when I play NV or F3. Wait you mean in game? Your kidding right? NPC's light up all over the place.

Yes, there are smokers in both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.
