I lost my sonic emitter(I must have used it by accident to repair something else). When i go to the jukebox he says the sink will sell me another one but there is never one there. I have checked on the game for days and its still not there.what am i doing wrong?? I can't continue without one.Thanks!!!

The sink's store should reset, just sleep in Higg's village for 3 days. When you get back there should be a restock with a Sonic Emitter in there. You may or may not have to clear Sink's the inventory for it to reset though.

Wait for three days outside of the SINK, and check the CIU again to see if he has it.
